Efficient transportation will be provided for all accredited participants throughout the event. This includes airport transfers, daily shuttle services, and information on available routes and parking. Airport transfers

• Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) will be the single official entry point for all delegations.
• Official transfers will be organised using buses or minivans, coordinated in accordance with team arrival and departure schedules.
• Dedicated staff and volunteers will welcome delegations at the arrival terminal, providing assistance with transfers and luggage handling.
