Accommodation
Throughout the event, delegations will be accommodated in facilities selected for their comfort, proximity to the competition venues, and quality of service.
The partner hotels provide services tailored to the needs of athletes and officials, including catering, accessibility, and areas for rest and preparation.
Below, you will find detailed information for each accommodation facility.
Partner hotels

UCJC Villafranca Campus
The official accommodation will be in residences located in the UCJC Villafranca Campus, all in the same area; with full board and direct access to the sports venue.
People will be accommodated in one residence or another according to the order of registration. More details in forthcoming newsletters.
Cancellation
Accommodation Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Up to 1 month before the event (before 16/07/2026) → change free of charge
- Less than 1 month (after 16/07/2026) → participants may change their arrival date from 16/07/2026 but will still be charged for the first day
- After that, it will not be possible to revert the arrival date from 24/07/2026
In accordance with FISU requirements, participants will be accommodated in twin rooms by default, while Heads of Delegation (HoD) will be accommodated in single rooms.
- Room allocation will follow these principles:
- Countries will not be mixed in the same room.
- Genders will not be mixed.
- Athletes and officials will not share rooms.
Sport-specific requirements will be taken into consideration (e.g. athletes’ physical characteristics, storage areas, technical rooms, meeting rooms, etc.), as detailed in the General Handbook.
In addition, the order of room selection and allocation will follow the order of registration submissions received by the Organising Committee.
